Custom-Made Products: All our products are custom-made and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is confirmed.

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives with a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired. In such cases, we first attempt to fix the issue; if not possible, a replacement will be arranged, and if that fails, a refund will be issued.

Payment Terms: All payments, including the deposit (25%–50% depending on the product), are made directly through the website. Customers who place custom orders via WhatsApp are subject to the same terms.

Order Cancellation: If payment is not completed within 5 business days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified.
