At DuoMart, we are committed to clarity and fairness regarding all refund requests.
Please review the following terms carefully before completing your order:
1. Advance Payment (Deposit):
- A 25% -50% (Different from product to another) deposit is required to confirm the order and initiate production.
- This amount is non-refundableif the customer cancels the order after production has begun.
2. If We Are Unable to Fulfill the Order:
- If we are unable to produce the item due to any technical or logistical issue, the full amount will be refundedwithin 7 business days.
3.Manufacturing Defects & Delivery Damage:

All items are custom-made. Report any clear manufacturing defect or delivery damage within 24 hours of receipt via any of our channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or email) with photos. Minor issues will be repaired at the customer’s location. Major defects will be repaired at our workshop; if repair is not possible, we will replace the item with the same model. If the customer declines a replacement, a full or partial refund will be issued by agreement. Any changes beyond the original design are charged to the customer. DuoMart covers return shipping only when the fault is on our side (manufacturing or delivery damage).
4. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer, mobile wallet, or InstaPay).
- You’ll be required to share the same transfer details used initially.
