Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout for website orders. For custom orders via WhatsApp, fees and any additional charges (e.g., assembly) are communicated before delivery.
Access & Handling: Ensure doors, hallways, and staircases are clear for delivery. Cairo & Giza: shipping & assembly available. Other areas: shipping only. Free delivery up to 3rd floor. Floors 4–7: extra fees apply. Above 7th: customer responsible.
Additional Fees: Any extra charges due to access, high floors, or assembly are communicated before delivery.
Order Guidelines
Custom-Made Products: All our products are custom-made and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is confirmed.
Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives with a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired. In such cases, we first attempt to fix the issue; if not possible, a replacement will be arranged, and if that fails, a refund will be issued.
Payment Terms: All payments, including the deposit (25%–50% depending on the product), are made directly through the website. Customers who place custom orders via WhatsApp are subject to the same terms.
Order Cancellation: If payment is not completed within 5 business days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified.
Discount Periods: If a discount ends before payment is made, the order will proceed at the regular price after notifying the customer.
